Our Inspiration
Elizabeth Foltenyi, her daughter Nicolette Jenaras and Lake Orion Campus Director Nancy Wurm had a vision for this community garden. Elizabeth passed away in December 2008. We toil, plant, harvest and share in her honor.
Grovecrest
Grovecrest Supportive Care is one of the places where food from the garden is donated. We are working together to raise awareness about healthy food and helping them grow their own.
Lavender
We have over 600 plants of various lavender species. And we grow this awesome crop to donate it!
Lighthouse
The Lighthouse food pantry in Pontiac receives fresh produce and distributes it on arrival!
